Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (I.P.A.V.) Involved in property and agricultural consultancy since 1980. Vast experience in the area of compulsory purchase orders (CPO’s), valuations, general property and agricultural consultancy.

Qualified in 1980 with an honours degree in Agricultural Science. Completed a master’s degree in Animal Nutrition in 1982. Involved in property and agricultural consultancy since 1982. Member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (I.A.V.I.), the Society of Chartered Surveyors (S.C.S), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S.) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. High level of experience in general property consultancy and valuations including compulsory purchase orders (CPO’s), property investment and estate agency.
Paul Gaynor

Qualified in 2001 from University College Cork with an honours degree in Food Technology and subsequently worked for a number years in the food industry. Commenced work for Gaynor Corr in 2004. Completed an honours degree course in Property Studies at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (I.A.V.I.) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Has accrued a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the property consultancy area since joining Gaynor Corr, particularly in the areas of compulsory purchase orders (CPO’s), valuations, property investments and estate agency.

Qualified in 1994 with an honours degree in Agricultural Science. Started in the business with Jim Gaynor and Tom Corr in 1995. Completed an honours degree course in Property Studies at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (I.A.V.I.) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Considerable experience in general property consultancy including compulsory purchase orders (CPO’s), property valuations and property investment.
